Android mail apps

Classify suspicious mail once.

Use the provider's Spam or Junk action for the simplest workflow, or move selected messages to Report to Meilo for minimum-access reporting.

Use Spam or Junk review

  1. In Gmail, Outlook or another synchronized app, select the suspicious message or batch.
  2. Choose Report spam, Mark as spam or Move to Junk.
  3. Open the Meilo workspace, ignore mistakes and approve the messages you want processed.

The exact folder label varies by provider. Meilo maps the provider's server-side spam role rather than relying on the label shown by one phone app.

Use a dedicated reporting folder

  1. Select one suspicious message or a batch.
  2. Choose Move to and select Report to Meilo under the same account.
  3. Leave the message there; the connected engine preserves the original and moves a completed item to Meilo Reviewed.

Connection comes before monitoring

Typing an address into the portal saves a setup request. Gmail and Microsoft require the customer to complete their official consent screen before Meilo can read a folder. A connection never extends to another mailbox automatically.

Choose the permission boundary

A dedicated folder limits reading to messages you deliberately moved. Junk review removes the extra move but can expose every message the provider classified as spam, including mistakes. The private approval queue exists so an automatic filter never becomes an automatic allegation.

No external report is prepared merely because a provider put a message in Spam or Junk.
